We are developers of another stripe.
Rather than pushing development farther out from San Diego's heart, we specialize in infill development projects.
Because these projects are in the midst of already built-up urban areas, they help fight sprawl and environmental degradation. Refining the neighborhoods we already have also helps local businesses thrive while encouraging foot traffic.
By developing urban vacant lots and revitalizing old buildings in central and coastal San Diego, we create homes and offices in places that already have existing infrastructure. Stuff like roads, trains, schools, stores, bars, restaurants, and playgrounds.
San Diegans get new, better places to live and work. Our open spaces stay that way. And we reduce air and water-polluting car commuting.
We have completed or are working on infill development projects in neighborhoods including Bay Park, La Jolla, Chollas View, City Heights, Webster, Skyline, Encanto, El Cajon, La Mesa, Spring Valley, and National City.
